By accessing or using any Hench Marketing tool or service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Services

Hench Marketing provides marketing consultancy and digital tools including PERSONA, an analytics dashboard for social media accounts. Services are provided to clients under separate agreements.

3. Account access

When you connect a social media account to our tools, you grant us read access to your public profile and analytics data via the platform's official OAuth system. We will never post, delete, or modify content on your behalf without your explicit instruction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our tools to violate any third-party platform's terms of service.

5. Intellectual property

All Hench Marketing software, design, and content is owned by Hench Marketing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our tools without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

Hench Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Analytics data is provided for informational purposes only.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time. You may disconnect your accounts and stop using our tools at any time.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
