Hench Marketing is a marketing consultancy and digital product studio. Our tools, including PERSONA, are used internally or provided to clients under agreement. We can be reached at henchmarketing@gmail.com.

2. What data we collect

When you connect a social media account (X, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) through our tools, we collect and store the OAuth access tokens and associated public profile data provided by those platforms — including username, follower count, post metrics, and engagement statistics. We do not collect passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data.

3. How we use your data

Data is used solely to display analytics within our private dashboard. We do not sell, share, or publish your data to third parties. We do not post on your behalf unless you explicitly request it.

4. Data storage

Data is stored securely on Railway-hosted infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised Hench Marketing staff and the client whose data it is.

5. Third-party platforms

We connect to X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram via their official OAuth APIs. By connecting your account you agree to their respective terms of service. We only request the minimum scopes necessary to read analytics data.

6. Your rights

You may disconnect your account at any time via the PERSONA dashboard. Upon disconnection, your stored tokens are deleted. To request full data deletion, contact us at henchmarketing@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be at this URL.
